Answer the questions out loud
Your customers ask the same handful of questions before they buy: Do you do X? How much? How long? Where do you park? A clear FAQ section captures every one of those searches and saves you the email. Use the real questions, in the real words people use.
The move
Write down the five questions you're asked most. Put the answers on your site.
Do it step by step
- Write down the five questions customers ask you most.
- Use their real words — "How much?" not "Pricing inquiries."
- Answer each one plainly, the way you would on the phone.
- Add an FAQ section to your site, or a dedicated FAQ page.
- Put the most common question first.
- Keep each answer short — a sentence or two.
- Update it whenever a new question keeps coming up.
