Pricing
A subscription, not an invoice.
We don't charge for the build. We charge a monthly fee that covers the build, the hosting,
the care, and the quiet work that keeps a site healthy. Month-to-month. The code stays
with us — you pay for the service, not the codebase.

03 — Edits
Small changes are included; bigger ones are scoped.
Included edit hours cover small content, copy, and image changes inside the existing
site. They don't roll over. Overflow is billed at $100/hour with a
30-minute minimum. New pages or structural changes beyond the tier's scope are a scope
change — we'll quote them separately and honestly.
04 — Contact form
All tiers include a text-only form.
Submissions are emailed to you and visible in your client portal. Soft cap of 500
submissions per month per site. Overage is $10 per additional 500 — and if you're
getting that volume, congratulations.
05 — Cancellation
Month-to-month. No contract, no fee.
Message Parker to cancel — there's no in-portal button on purpose. Service runs to the
end of the last paid month plus a 30-day grace window where the site stays live and
unbilled. After that, the site comes offline and the code stays with us. Reactivation,
if you change your mind, is one month of your tier ($75 / $175 / $375), charged once,
and the subscription resumes.
06 — Webapps
Quoted, not subscription-priced.
If you need something with logins, databases, dashboards, or a mobile companion, that's
a webapp — and it's quoted based on design complexity, storage and infrastructure, and
integrations. Webapps may carry their own ongoing hosting fee, scoped per project.
07 — AI consultation
$50/hour. A conversation before a quote.
Hourly consultation to figure out whether AI fits your business, where it fits, and
what it would cost to build. If we move forward, the integration is scoped and quoted
as a webapp.
A note
Why a subscription, not a one-time invoice.
Most web shops bill once, hand over a folder, and disappear. Sites then rot — slowly,
quietly, and usually right before they're needed most. A subscription means the site
and the person who built it are tied to each other for as long as it's useful. The
incentives line up. That's the whole reason.
