- Read a paragraph. Can you do it without pinching to zoom?
- Tap your main button (Book, Call, Order). Easy to hit with a thumb?
- Open the menu. Does it work cleanly, or is it cramped?
- Scroll top to bottom. Anything spill off the screen or need side-scrolling?
- Try the whole thing one-handed, the way a real customer would.
- Note every rough spot — that's your fix list.
